Article 1 – Application of the general terms and conditions of sale<\/h2>

The provision of services by APAC, Alliance Professionnelle des Agents Commerciaux de France, offered on the www.apacfrance.com website is subject to the present terms and conditions of sale.
Consequently, unless otherwise agreed, the act of subscribing to the services offered by APAC implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, to the exclusion of any other documents such as prospectuses or catalogs issued by APAC, which are for information purposes only.
In the absence of express acceptance, any contrary condition opposed by the person having subscribed to the services will therefore be unenforceable against APAC, regardless of when it may have been brought to its attention.
The fact that APAC does not invoke any of these general terms and conditions of sale and use at a given time may not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to invoke any of the said terms and conditions at a later date.
APAC reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time.
The general terms and conditions of sale and use applicable are those in force at the date of subscription to the services.<\/p>

Article 2 – Registration<\/h2>

2.1<\/strong> The details that the sales agent (referred to as “the user”) provides when registering as a user of the site currently located at the URL address https:\/\/www.apacfrance.com (the “Site”) are important and must be truthful, complete and accurate. The user undertakes to notify APAC immediately of any relevant changes to his\/her registration by informing us at the following e-mail address: info@apacfrance.com.
2.2<\/strong> Upon registration, the user will be assigned a strictly personal username and password, which the parties agree to keep confidential.<\/p>

Article 3 – Personal information<\/h2>

3.1<\/strong> APAC undertakes to respect users’ personal information and to comply with all laws and regulations currently in force in France applicable to the protection of personal data (French Data Protection Act of January 29, 1978). Any user may at any time access his or her personal information online and request its modification or deletion from APAC, which then has thirty days to make the necessary modifications or deletions. Except in cases where APAC is obliged to do so by law or in cases permitted by the present conditions, it undertakes not to disclose the information provided at the time of registration to third parties without the user’s consent.
3.2<\/strong> In order to protect the integrity of the Site, APAC reserves the right to communicate users’ contact details to any public authority, including the police. We may also disclose your details if we receive a complaint about your use of the Site and if such use appears to be contrary to these terms. Article 4 – Membership description and prices<\/h2>

4.1<\/strong> The services offered by https:\/\/www.apacfrance.com to sales agents are defined on the site.
4.2<\/strong> The applicable price corresponds to the type of membership according to the scale indicated on the apacfrance.com website.
4.3<\/strong> Payment methods accepted are bank or postal cheques, credit cards using a secure payment process, or bank transfers.<\/p>

Article 5 – Applicable law – jurisdiction<\/h2>

The present contract is subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation, execution or non-execution of the present contract, the parties shall endeavor to settle it by conciliation; they may be assisted in the search for an amicable agreement by one or more external third parties.
